Wenalyze will represent EMEA at Zurich Innovation Championship 2020
After the success obtained in the Spanish phase of the Zurich Innovation Championship 2020, held last January, Wenalyze has ratified its outstanding position in the Insurtech ecosystem, being chosen as one of the European representatives for the world final of this event organized by the multinational insurance company.
Roger Ferrandis, Wenalyze’s CDO, presented the company’s project in an event that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was developed in telematic format.
Wenalyze contrasted its model with up to a dozen companies from various countries in Europe and the Middle East. After this new victory Wenalyze enters the final phase of this worldwide competition in which it will face startups from North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
The Zurich Innovation Championship aims to distinguish new emerging companies with commercially viable technologies and innovative models that address climate, health, automation and other challenges that will affect future generations. It should be noted that Spain has been one of the countries with the highest number of registered companies, with a total of 186 companies, of which only Wenalyze has managed to access the final phase of the event, which will take place in September this year.
