Roger Ferrandis, Wenalyze’s Chief Operating Officer, participated this Thursday as a speaker in a webinar convened by Svia, the insurance industry’s Silicon Valley startup accelerator, as part of the series of webinars on the future of insurance that it is conducting throughout this year.
In this webinar series, solution providers, leading innovators from emerging companies and different lines of insurance business share their vision of how data and analytics will shape the future of insurance. This includes product and business models, customer engagement, distribution, underwriting and claims.
Ferrandis participated in the conference on innovations in underwriting along with other leading industry players, who discussed the use of data for risk identification, underwriting, assessment, and pricing, through data analysis, showing different practices to implement all these issues, such as those offered by Wenalyze.
This is the first event in which Ferrandis participates with its new responsibility in the startup, after handing over the baton as Chief Data Officer a Rebeca Jiménez.
